: In any of the following cases, the director cannot continue in his position:-
(a) If his resignation is accepted by the committee,
(b) If it is decided to remove him as a director according to section 45 sub-section (1),
(c)    if he is a director of another co-operative society,
(d) If he is an employee of the same or another cooperative organization, but the restrictive phrase of sub-section (4) of section 41 shall be as per the same.
(e) If he is in the position of the Audit Supervisory Committee of the same or another cooperative society,
(f) In case of his death.
